Requesting Service for Your Device(s)
A very necessary part of utilizing technology in our classrooms is the fact that at some point, those devices will fail us for some reason. Sometimes its a simple fix, but other times it requires servicing by our district's IT department: Information, Communications, Technology Services (ICTS).
When a service call is necessary, there is specific information that ICTS needs in order to expedite your request. First, the service desk will need your name and employee identification number. Next, they will ask you what you need (phone calls only) and will need specific information off the the device(s) in need of service.
